How to Register with the Canine Registration & Certification Services
The registration process is easy. You can start to register one, or all of your dogs with the CRCS, simply by filling out the form located in the "Register Now" section of this site. You will then receive a "Certificate of Birth Registration" along with your "Pet Locator" tag. For a "Certified Birth Certificate" you can download the form from the "Download Forms" section of this site. After filling out the form you can FAX or mail it to us attaching a copy of your current registration certificate or application. You will then receive a "Certified Birth Certificate" along with your "Pet Locator" tag. You may also submit, along with these forms, any health certifications, verified conformation and/or working titles, or points your dogs presently have. Any identifying marks and tattoos appearing on your dog may also be listed along with Microchip numbers.After we receive your application, it will be processed and your certificate and tag will be mailed to you within six (6) working days. A Litter Registration form, Pedigree Application form and additional Locator Tag Order form are automatically mailed with your Registration Certificate.When you register a litter with the Canine Registration & Certification Services, you will receive a Registration Application, welcome letter, consumer brochure and return envelope for each puppy in that litter. You will also receive a Litter Record form. This white form indicates ownership of the sire and dam, health certifications of the parents and grand parents, mating and whelping information, number of males and females born... and all of this information is filled in by our computers. Blank sections are also provided to keep record of individuals receiving pups from the litter.If you have any questions, concerns or need assistance with the registration process you can call us at 610-649-9151. Registration Application for the registration of canines that are registered with another registry, not registered with any registry or of unknown parents. This form may be filled out and FAXed or mailed to CRCS to register your canine. If you are dual registering with us then you will need to attach a photocopy of your current registration certificate or registration application. Photocopies of health certifications, show and working titles may also be included. A FEE of $15.95 must accompany your Registration Application. |

Litter Application for the registration of a litter of puppies. This form may be filled out and FAXed or mailed to CRCS to register your litter. You will receive one Certification Application form for each puppy in the litter, as well as a Litter Record sheet. There is no FEE for registering a litter of puppies. |

Health Certification/Title Certification for adding or changing information and/or adding Health or Show or Obedience Titles to a canine's existing "certified Birth Registration" or "Registration of Birth" certificate. This form can be used to change information about the owner of a canine but can NOT be used to change the registered owner. A FEE of $5.95 must accompany your Certification to print and process a new certificate. |
